Understand the rules for using the Earn Quest creator platform

1. Overview

Earn Quest (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”) empowers members to earn rewards by completing video-engagement tasks, inviting referrals, and participating in promotional missions. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website, dashboard, and mobile experiences. By creating an account, accessing content, or earning rewards, you agree to comply with these terms, all referenced policies, and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register.
  • Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and limited to one per individual.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep contact details updated at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or compliance requirements.

3. Platform Packages & Deposits

  • Members activate their earning profile by choosing a deposit package (Starter, Growth, or Pro) as described within the dashboard or settings.
  • Deposits are used to unlock tasks, referral plans, and withdrawal limits. Initial deposit capital remains locked for the lifetime of the account and is not withdrawable.
  • All deposits are final. Chargebacks or fraudulent funding methods will result in immediate account suspension.
  • The official BEP20 address displayed on the deposit page is the only approved destination for contributions. Funds sent elsewhere cannot be recovered by Earn Quest.

4. Tasks, Content & Conduct

  • Tasks may include watching YouTube™ videos, subscribing to partner channels, or engaging with branded clips. You must complete the full requirement for rewards to be credited.
  • You are prohibited from using bots, scripts, VPN farms, or artificial engagement to complete tasks. Violations lead to forfeiture of earnings and possible legal action.
  • Content gathered from YouTube™ is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You agree not to redistribute restricted content or infringe copyrights.
  • We may modify, pause, or retire tasks without prior notice to maintain quality and advertiser standards.

5. Referral Program

  • Referral relationships are recorded when new members register with your unique code.
  • Withdrawal eligibility may require a minimum number of active referrals depending on the package tier.
  • Spamming, buying leads, multi-accounting, or misleading claims to obtain referrals is strictly forbidden.
  • Earn Quest may adjust referral rewards, bonus structures, or rules with prior notice posted in the dashboard.

6. Withdrawals & Earnings

  • Earnings consist of task rewards, referral bonuses, and promotional incentives credited to your account balance.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount, fee percentage, and package caps are displayed inside the dashboard and may change.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the BEP20 wallet you bind during your first deposit; wallet updates require manual review.
  • We reserve up to 48 business hours to review withdrawal requests and may require additional verification.
  • Fraudulent activity, policy violations, or chargebacks permit us to reverse payouts or hold balances for investigation.

7. Compliance & Suspension

  • We may monitor activity to ensure compliance with these Terms, partner policies, and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Accounts may be suspended for: false identity, automated task completion, abusive language, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • Upon suspension, all pending rewards are frozen pending investigation. Confirmed violations result in permanent forfeiture.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Earn Quest branding, dashboards, logos, and original content are proprietary and may not be copied without written consent.
  • Third-party trademarks (including YouTube™) belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Earn Quest is provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for accurate rewards and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, compliance requirements, or policy changes. Updates become effective upon posting inside the dashboard or on the Terms page.
